The College Park Center at the University of Texas, Arlington held the 23rd iteration of Who’s Number One(?), and the event most certainly delivered in terms of quality of matches. Across 10 matches, each representative on the card showed up, and though there are always going to be moments in a show that one could nitpick, WNO23 was rife with action.
